Optima are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a static site in Sunderland.

Paying up to £40k + van + fuel card and other benefits

The ideal candidate will be full time - 18th Edition - electrician/maintenance operative required.

This role available requires someone who can work well under pressure and can handle this fast -paced environment and deliver tasks to measured time frame within a PPM schedule.

You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors. 

Requirements/Skill Set & Qualification:

· Must be 18th edition qualified.

· HVAC, desirable, not essential.

· IOSH, desirable.

· Asbestos Awareness, desirable.

· Gas Safe, desirable not essential.

· IPAF & PASM, desirable not essential.

· The applicant should have a proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative.

· Elements of lone working required.
