We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established and growing business delivering high-quality mechanical services across the commercial sector. If you’re someone who enjoys taking full ownership of projects and wants a clear route toward senior leadership, this role offers both long-term stability and genuine progression.
You’ll be trusted to lead the mechanical delivery of multiple commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, site teams, and clients. This is a business that values quality, collaboration, and doing things properly — not cutting corners. Projects up to £750,000

The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
  • Take full responsibility for mechanical services delivery on commercial projects
  • Lead and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Manage project budgets, programmes, and cost control
  • Oversee procurement, materials, and supplier coordination
  • Carry out site inspections and produce clear progress reports
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure compliance, buildability, and quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
You’ll be a mechanically biased Project Manager who brings:
  • Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, installation, and commissioning
  • Confidence managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
  • A relevant mechanical engineering qualification (or equivalent experience)
