? Business Development Executive – North West/East + Midlands Territory/South East
Due to continued company expansion, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales/Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
? Location: South East England (including London and surrounding areas)
? Type: Full-time | Field-based role
? Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business
- Work with already established network
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospital settings
- Proactively secure appointments with clinicians and healthcare professionals
- Deliver compelling product presentations on wards and to wider clinical groups
- Maintain and utilise CRM/database to drive targeted sales activity
- Manage and forecast a robust new business pipeline
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and unique selling points
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities
- Gather and report valuable market intelligence to support strategic decisions
? Requirements
- Must have experience of selling to TVN’s, Infection control, estates, and facilities/EBME
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner and comfortable communicating at a clinical level
- Proven ability to build positive relationships quickly
- Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales processes
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Comfortable navigating busy healthcare environments with demonstration equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively across London and the South East
