Description:

We are looking for an experienced, M&E QS. 

We are a specialist M&E company that works predominantly within the super prime residential sector working on large properties (many grade 1 and 2 Listed) within areas such as Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea & Hampsted etc for the Rich and famous mainly through a main Contractor who again mainly works within this specialist sector. 

We require a hands-on M&E quantity Surveyor to run with a few projects to carry out the following tasks once the project has been awarded. (In no particular order).

•          Taking the project information from our tender carryout the negotiations and the placement of sub-contractors and specialist plant and equipment. 

•          Carrying out MES monthly valuations, final account etc.

•          Undertaking variations.

•          Producing cost reports.

•          Undertaking payment certificates for sub-contractors and reviewing their variations.

•          Reviewing any contractual issues both upstream and downstream.

•          Working with our Contracts managers.

•          Working with our in house bought ledger department and credit controls. 

•          Based in the head office but regular site visits.
