As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving growth.
The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee multiple high-value projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a strategic role with clear progression opportunities into senior leadership, offering the chance to shape the company’s future growth.
• Lead and manage contracts across retail, residential, and leisure projects.
• Oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and quality standards.
• Drive efficiency and profitability across projects.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
• Report directly to the board on project performance and strategic opportunities.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong track record of delivering projects valued between £2m – £12m.
• Excellent knowledge of contract law, procurement, and contract management.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, with a desire to progress into senior leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in high-end retail, residential, or leisure projects is highly desirable.
