This isn\’t cold calling or door-to-door work. Our in-house team books qualified appointments for you — your job is to meet customers, explain the benefits of solar, and close the deal.
What You\’ll Do
- Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments
- Advise homeowners on solar suitability, savings, and finance options
- Build trust through honest, knowledgeable consultations
- Present proposals clearly and close deals confidently
- Support customers from first meeting through to installation

About You
- Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in residential sales (solar or home improvements preferred)
- Confident presenting and closing in a home setting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus)
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends
Nice to Have
- Solar or renewables experience
- Knowledge of finance options or government schemes
- Ability to explain technical details in plain English
