As an Electrical Project Support professional, you’ll assist the Electrical Project Manager in coordinating and delivering technically complex projects from concept to completion. This role suits someone with practical experience in procurement, tendering, and electrical documentation who thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Assist the Electrical Project Manager in coordinating and delivering projects up to £2 million

  • Prepare and manage procurement schedules, supplier negotiations, and material orders

  • Support tendering processes, including compiling bid documentation and liaising with the estimator

  • Complete and review electrical test sheets and certification documentation

  • Track project progress, update schedules, and maintain compliance records

  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Contribute to health & safety documentation and quality assurance processes

 

Requirements

 
  • Proven experience in electrical procurement and tendering within industrial or commercial environments

  • Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures and documentation

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and M&E coordination

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and site teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

  • ECS/CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications (desirable)
