Site & Office Based – Full Time
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join a vibrant and supportive team. You will take responsibility for key construction engineering elements on site, initially working on exciting new housing projects in the Omagh area (North Ireland). You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and broader project teams within a rewarding environment.


Construction Site Engineer Remuneration
  • £30,000 – £35,000

Construction Site Engineer Duties
  • Interpret and communicate layouts, material measurements, and site instructions clearly.
  • Ensure precision by providing accurate lines, levels, and reference points on site.
  • Drive site progress effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to all SHEQ standards during project phases.
  • Expand your industry knowledge and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Comply with the Integrated Management System, including company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any additional duties relevant to the role.

Construction Site Engineer Requirements
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Engineering and Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience, preferably in residential construction
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills (including MS Office packages)
  • Full, valid driving license and relevant site certifications
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to motivate a team to meet targets
  • Proactive, accountable, and capable of managing a project from start to finish
