We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will assist with build costing, quantity estimations, contract administration, and project progress monitoring. Junior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
- Competitive salary of £26,000 – £35,000 (DOE).

Junior Quantity Surveyor Duties
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for internal building projects.
- Assist in contract administration processes.
- Support project management and coordination activities.
- Help with budgeting, procurement schedules, and cost control.
- Work closely with internal architects and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Junior Quantity Surveyor requirements
- Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Must live within 20 miles of the London office.
