Description: Solar PV Maintenance Engineer
Weybridge-based role covering London and the Southeast

A leading and award-winning renewable energy provider is expanding and looking for experienced Solar Maintenance and Installation Engineers to join their high-performing team. With a strong pipeline of work across high-end residential, commercial, and industrial projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, fast-growing business.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of Solar PV systems. Projects include schools, colleges, luxury homes, and commercial properties.
Duties:

• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Carrying out system upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Producing accurate reports and documentation
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

• 18th Edition & C&G 2391 or 2394/5 (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years’ experience with Solar PV systems
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong inspection and testing knowledge
• ECS/CSCS card
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach

• SSSTS, IPAF or PASMA certifications
• Solar PV & EESS certificates

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Excellent overtime rates: Time and a half (evenings/Saturdays), double time (Sundays/Bank Holidays)
