Job Opportunity: Admin / Bookkeeper (Part-Time) – Renewable Energy Sector
Location: Hybrid / Bicker Fen, Lincolnshire
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)
A fast-growing company operating across renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe is seeking a focused, driven individual to take ownership of all office-based responsibilities and support the smooth running of operations.
Manage daily administrative and financial tasks
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and subcontractors
Handle HSE-related documentation (experience with Citation or Atlas platforms preferred)
Issue invoices and monitor payments
Collect and process weekly timesheets from site teams
Maintain insurance certificates and compliance records
Manage tax and VAT submissions and payments
Assist with drafting contracts for clients and subcontractors
Liaise with site teams and management to support project delivery
A self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills
Experience in bookkeeping and general administration
Familiarity with HSE paperwork and systems
Knowledge of the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital admin platforms
Bonus: Experience using Citation or Atlas for HSE management
A key position in a growing renewable energy contractor
Flexible part-time hours, with the potential to transition to full-time
Hybrid working model with regular attendance at the Bicker Fen office
