Optima have an excellent opportunity for you to come and join a client of ours who are rapidly growing across all parts of the country and are a leader within their industry.

They are actively seeking multiple Field Sales Representatives who will be given the chance to impact the success of this incredibly exciting business within its early stages and will play a real part in the company's growth.


The Role

The role of the Field Sales Representative is to be the initial ‘face’ of company, representing their brand in your area and introducing their products and services to potential customers and helping build and support their customer base.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities in your specific area to convert prospects into successful customers through a variety of sales methods such as door-to-door, events, and presentations.

You will be joining an established Community Engagement Team, which is unique because they care about the communities, their customers, and each other. This is a tight-knit squad of diverse people, so they are looking for someone who is the right fit: someone who is sales orientated, positive, driven, and likes to get stuck in.

This full-time, field-based role so you must hold a Full UK Driving License, be comfortable driving in all weather conditions, on all types of roads and over distances.


We are looking for someone who is:

 
  • A team player, who has a great personality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work on their own initiative and with minimal supervision.
    Goal and target orientated
    Able to communicate effectively and easily, both verbally and written.

Your role will be to:
  • Build relationships with key personnel, residents, and businesses within the community.
  • Research and evaluate customer needs and desires.
  • Monitor sales targets and work to meet them individually and as a team.
  • Support the sales funnel by gathering quality prospect data to convert to customers.
  • Support the marketing team by obtaining information regarding local and county activities as well as monitoring any competitor activity.
  • Present the company and its services at community gatherings, events, and shows.
