Role: Telesales – New Business
- Lead generating
- Pretty much all new business, not much account management
- Using existing database plus own initiative to prospect new clients
- Lots of cold calling via telephone
- Looking to book appointments for specialist sales person to attend and convert
- When experienced they would want them to grow into a specialist new business person
- Based in the office just outside Glasgow but cover all of Scotland
Headcount: Looking for just 1 person to begin with, depending on the success may look to grow the team over the course of the year.
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Package: This is yet to be confirmed but basic around £25k, room for negotiating
OTE around £35k-£40k
Experience: Must have Telesales experience, ideally someone in the Fire/Security sector however this can easily be taught.
Notes: Someone like the Telesales roles that we worked for Cuckoo.
Must be commutable to the office, no more than 20 minutes via car.
Someone that is experienced in cold calling and wants to work in a role where they can progress into a senior sales position.
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000
