Description:

Retrofit assessor required for a market leading company specialising in domestic energy efficient improvements. Our client has grown significantly over the last year and have no plans on slowing down. The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience of working within sustainability and retrofit.

Duties and responsibilities

• Drawing up accurate floor plans of each property and submitting in-line with retrofit compliance.
• Produce energy performance reports.
• Liaising with retrofit Coordinators and designers.
• Completion of all relevant paperwork, including the daily upload of surveys, including pictures and floor plans.
• Undertake on site energy assessment and retrofit assessments as required.

Qualifications

• DEA
• Retrofit assessor in line with PSA2035

Requirements

• Must hold a Retrofit Assessor qualification.
• Must have experience of working within the Eco industry.
• Confident using different technology systems.
• Ideally have experience of working in the residential sector
• Good problem-solving skills – able to analyse problems and make sound decisions

Package

• £33,000-£35,000
• £4,000 car allowance+ Fuel card
