Description:
The Role:
• Daily engagement with your community via residential door to door sales
• Collaborating with manager to create successful sales and territory plans
• Identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers daily
• Deliver excellent customer experience and product knowledge at ever door
• Exceed all KPIs and target to truly benefit from uncapped commissions!
• Use all tools provided to create pipeline and gather customer data
• Build relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units
The Package:
• Up to £25k basic salary
• £5400 PA car allowance (£450 per month)
• £15k UNCAPPED commission paid monthly
• Top performing sales reps exceeding £80k a year
• All business fuel costs covered
• Company mobile and tablet
• Full branded equipment and clothing provided.

A clean full UK drivers’ licence is required.
Experience in sales and winning new customers would be advantageous along with previous experience of door-to-door canvassing within the telecoms, utility, or charity sectors.
Please note, this role will require a clear DBS check prior to starting.
